Beginner
1) You cannot cycle more than 15km without stopping
2) You are relatively new to the sport of cycling.
3) Your fitness levels need to be improved
4) Uphill's are intimidating and you prefer to avoid them
5) You would like to include your family
Beginner outrides are slow with multiple rest points. The distance
doesn't exceed 15km and elevation telemetry is relatively flat,
Beginner rides are social and fun. All rides are guided by instructors
with technical support.
Intermediate
1) You have cycled at an average pace, more than 25km without stopping.
2) Handling and balancing your bike is second nature
3) Your consider yourself fit and healthy
4) You can bunny hop a pavement
5) You can service, maintain and repair your bike by yourself
Intermediate outrides are faster with fewer rest points. The distance
may exceed 25km and could include rocky and technical terrain,
elevation telemetry is varied. All rides are guided by instructors.
Advanced
1) You have cycled at an average pace, more than 40km without stopping.
2) Your abilities include Technical and Northshore
3) You can wheelie, manual and do endo's
4) Cycling rutted and radically steep downhill's are fun
5) You have been thinking about shaving your legs
Advanced outrides are fast with no rest points. The distance exceed
40km and will include rocky, steep and technical terrain, elevation
telemetry is varied. Outrides include Northshore, Urban and Night
rides. All rides are guided.
